- Top 10 skills area the group should know in order to plan, start and run the business well
1. Know how to manage the funding
2. Know how to make the coffee, and sushi
3. Know how to train people in dealing with customers
4. Know the customers, clients, and the people in the general where the business is going to be located
5. Know what is the best business structure and how to register a business to government.
6. Know what kind of license and permit needed and how to apply.
7. Know what equipments needed, prices, and where to get them.
8. Know what kinds of material are needed, prices, and where to buy.
9. Know the market and ideal price of the products which are going to be sold.
10. Know how to design the setting of the shop and menu.
